    On the beach in Findhorn. This rich landscape inspires my practice.


    I first qualified in Thai Massage in 1993, in Vibrational Medicine in 1995 and in Acupuncture in 2003 and in Chinese Herbal medicine in 2005.


    I have been practicing Qigong since 1993 and am currently a student of Master Zhongxian Wu.


    I am a tutor in Chinese Classics at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and host a number of well known teachers of Classical Chinese medicine in the UK.


    I also enjoy playing Shakuhachi flute.

    A six -week series teaching this 12 movement internal alchemy form, featuring mudras, mantras and visualizations.

    Acupuncture, moxibustion, massage

    I combine acupuncture with massage, moxibustion and shamanic techniques tailored to suit each individual.


    I also offer stand-alone bodywork and healing sessions.


    I support treatment with dietary and lifestyle guidance.


    My main focus is on bringing the soul home within the body, releasing old patterns and finding direction in life.

    £60 for initial intake (75 mins)

    £50 for follow-ups (1 hour)


    Thai Massage - £60 (75 mins)

    Mother of the Big Dipper Talisman & Qigong

    Master Wu Zhongxian

    Talismans enable us to connect with the Universal Qi for cultivation, healing and creating harmonious energy.


    In this workshop with Master Wu, we will learn to draw the Mother of the Big Dipper Talisman, which represents the centre of our universe as well as the Mother of the Big Dipper Qigong form.


    10am to 4:30pm, Sunshine Room, Findhorn.
